Key stage 1 have been designing and making their own playground equipment after visitnig a local play area to explore. Then they invited their Mums and Dads to come and see their creations. Through generous donations of cakes and biscuits we also managed to raise £170 for our chosen charity-Rainbow House.

The year two children enjoyed a fantastic overnight stay at Burwardsley. They visited St Boniface Church in Bunbury, made candles at the Candle Factory and developed some excellent team work skills in their den building workshop. 

This year we enjoyed doing out Harvest Festival at All Saint's Church in Thelwall. Each class shared a poem and we sang our harvest songs. All the food donations that we recieved were donated to Warrington Food Bank. Thank you to everyone who donated.

For this first half term Key stage one have been learning all about our locality and the people who help us locally. We have explored the amenities in our area and enjoyed a drink and a biscuit at the cafe during our trip to the post office to post our letters!
