Our Link Club

Our Link Club runs every day during term time.

The Link Club is open from 7.30am each morning and welcomes the children in for breakfast.

The Link Club runs after school from 3-6pm.

The club welcomes children from both the infant and junior schools and we are able to drop off and collect children from the junior school, including those that take part in other after school clubs.

The Link Club is run from the Hall and the Nursery room, and has its own entrance to the left of the main entrance.

Making Bookings and Payments

ALL BOOKINGS ARE DONE VIA OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD AND MAKE BOOKINGS.

Making payments;

The system does not include an automatic payment system so you have to make your payment separately, either by bank transfer (BACS) or using childcare vouchers in the same way that you normally would. On the ipal system you need to state that you have paid (either by BACS or childcare vouchers) but must then ensure that you do make the payment. Once the payment shows up in our bank account we can verify the payment.

Cancellations and amendments:

Cancellations and amendments to bookings can only be made up to 7 days before the booked session (as set out in the terms of entry document that should be read when registering your child on the system). Cancellations within this period will result in a refund being made to your ‘wallet’. You cannot add money to your wallet, it is only for refunds. If you have money in your wallet from refunds you can then use it to pay for sessions. All booked sessions within the 7 day period are non-transferable and non-refundable. This enables us to ensure that we have the correct staffing ratios planned for the week ahead.

If you are experiencing any difficulties with the system please either call in or telephone the office and Mrs Eeles or Mrs Cummings will be happy to talk you though it.

Meals

Children are served breakfast upon arrival in the morning (up until 8.30am). They have a choice of cereal, toast, brioche or cereal bars. After school children receive a light tea, such as hot dogs, fish finger sandwiches or pizza at around 4.15pm.
